Staff parking passes can be purchased from Payroll during normal operating hours. Family parking passes can be obtained from Reception during regular visiting hours.

All parking is paid parking, with proceeds going to the St.Amant Foundation. There are three lots to park in at 440 River Road.

Lot C is the closest lot to the building and the front row is designated for visitor parking. Visitors pay at the machine, located at the beginning of the row. It’s $1per hour up to a maximum of $5 for the day (12 hours).

Lots A & B are overflow lots. These lots both cost $2 for a 12-hour period. The machine for both lots is located in lot A, indicated on the map. There is no machine in lot B.

As public health guidelines change, we will continue to keep all of visitors informed on the restrictions and requirements to enter 440 River Road.

MicroMarket

The MicroMarket at 440 River Road is open 24-hours a day, seven days a week. The market offers deli-fresh menu choices, including wraps, salads, sandwiches, and specialty foods, plus frozen meals, snacks, a fully-stocked coffee and tea bar, and a variety of cold drinks.

Similar to grocery store self-checkouts, the MicroMarket features a touch screen kiosk. Simply choose what you like from the open shelves or coolers, scan items at the pay station, and complete transactions with your debit card, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Cash is not accepted.

If you don’t have access to any of the above mentioned pay options, reload able accounts are available.

Instructions on how to use the kiosk are posted and handouts are available to help set up the reloadable account option.

The MicroMarket was designed professionally with accessibility in mind. There is space for a wheel chair to maneuver under the pay station counter, and menu items are displayed for ease of reach.
